There's been a lot of talk around here about the future of our family's homeschooling life. Call us crazy, but we think it would be a smart idea not to leave a bit of our freedom on the table and we should do something interesting and different with those high school years... a little brick and mortar shop idea is brewing. It may very well live forever in the 'brewing' stage, but the 'business meetings' and brainstorming have indeed been a very exciting thing to explore. Doesn't it seem possible that a 'student' operated used book store (as well as indie art, vintage goods, and community space for homeschool classes, etc...) might be the coolest homeschool project ever?
I love this season, hope feels so alive.
