This month I have a special guest joining me for our giveaway. Many of you have heard of him, his name is Dallas Clayton and he lives in California. He wrote a book... it's An Awesome Book... and he wants you to have one... make that one signed copy! Pretty awesome, eh? Check this out...

To add to the fun, you can actually read his entire awesome and beautiful (I added that part, for good reason) book on his website. Now, you don't get that everyday!
I thought it would make sense to add a crafty item that was book related, and am sort of surprised that I didn't... but I've been making these new things you see, and really felt like sending one out into the world.
Prayer flags. Individual creations of beauty, good wishes and intention, strung together to be hung in your home. Perhaps by a window so the breeze blows through and carries the prayers held within into your home, into the world.
Hang them wherever you'd like. Whether their movement comes from a strong breeze near a window, or they gently move as a person walks by, their message will be felt.
And I hope they make you smile, and feel happy. Technically I strayed from my two hour rule of putting this giveaway together, sort of. The embroidery bits came from my stash, so more time was involved overall, but that was ages ago so I'm not counting it. It was an executive decision.
One more little addition. I've included another (vintage) book that I picked up recently at our library book sale, a 1924 edition of Heidi in wonderful condition.
A special thank you to Dallas Clayton for generously offering a signed edition of his book, I do hope he has more book writing/illustrating plans in his future. That would be awesome.
So, please stop by the comments to be entered into the giveaway, it's as simple as that! You should probably tell a friend or ten too. Don't worry about it decreasing your chances, you'll have good karma on your side, which is always awesome. ;)
You have until Monday morning, I'll announce a winner then!
Comments are now closed... be back soon!! Thanks everyone!
